Friends of Avon Meadows is run by volunteers. We depend heavily on time generously given by people from our community to do our work.

If you think you want to help your local nature reserve in any way, please let us know, and we can talk about how you might do so.

Much of our practical work is of course physical and outdoors: managing vegetation, planting new species, maintaining and repairing smaller structures, clearing litter, repairing our equipment. But we also need people to help us with running the charity's less physically demanding work, including fundraising, publicity, and community engagement and education.

If think you might enjoy being part of maintaining and developing Pershore's wetlands, do get in touch. Even a small amount of your time could make a big difference.
